Ron Ehrenreich is President and co-founder of Inclusive Economy CNY (formerly the Westcott Community Development Corp). Ron has nearly 4 decades of expertise in community and organizational development, financial and asset liability management, business planning, lending, product, and policy design.

Duane Owens

Duane Owens is Vice President of Inclusive Economy CNY and current Central Regional Director for the Office of NYS Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. He has worked as a small business consultant, a commercial and residential real estate developer, former Commissioner of Onondaga County Department of Personnel, former County Commissioner of Facilities Management, and former County’s MWBE consultant to the County Executive.

Christina Sauve

Christina Sauve is the Treasurer of Inclusive Economy CNY. She has been the CEO of Cooperative Federal since 2019 and has been part of the management team since 2007. Christina has extensive expertise in financial and organizational management, strategic and business planning, community development and engagement, and product, program, and policy development.

Meagan Weatherby works as Development & Communications Manager for Cooperative Federal – a nonprofit, community development credit union that co-founded and collaborates with Inclusive Economy CNY. A member of the Cooperative Federal management team since 2005, Meagan is experienced in grants management, program development, community outreach & engagement, and strategic & business planning.

Meagan Weatherby works as Development & Communications Manager for Cooperative Federal – a nonprofit, community development credit union that co-founded and collaborates with Inclusive Economy CNY. A member of the Cooperative Federal management team since 2005, Meagan is experienced in grants management, program development, community outreach & engagement, and strategic & business planning.

Carolyn Evans-Dean

Carolyn Evans-Dean serves Onondaga County as Director of Workforce Development in the Department of Water Environment Protection. Previously, she served as the Deputy Director of the Office of Economic Development. She has spent 25 years in the public and private sectors, working to promote economic, community, and workforce development within aging business corridors and microenterprise development.

Cole King

Cole King, a Business Opportunity Specialist for the City of Syracuse, supports existing businesses and entrepreneurs while attracting new businesses and forging partnerships between government, businesses, and communities to foster economic growth. He also assists the Deputy Commissioner of Neighborhood & Business Development in coordinating, planning, supervising, and executing economic development efforts throughout the City of Syracuse.

Robert Romeo

Robert Romeo, a former elected Syracuse City Councilor-at-Large and former president of the Syracuse Common Council, has served at the state and county levels with the Democratic Committee, as a Syracuse City Courts’ Arbitrator, and with the Boys & Girls Club Syracuse. Owner of a general practice law firm, Robert represents clients in civil and criminal matters.

Tai Ngo Shaw

Tai Ngo Shaw, a Syracuse community leader, public speaker, and refugee advocate, is owner and president of CNY Uniforms Plus. In the spring of 2020, Tai helped organize the first forum highlighting cultures and experiences of Asian and Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) in Syracuse. Community service: Vietnamese Community Association, New American Forum, and World Refugee Day event organization, among many other affiliations.

Tony Williams

Tony Williams is an associate vice president of facilities and capital planning at YMCA of Central New York, where he leads organizational strategy for facility maintenance, capital planning, and association-wide maintenance /facilities vendor management. A Syracuse native, Tony previously worked for Onondaga County leading facilities management for eleven county library locations.

Dave Michel

Dave Michel’s City of Syracuse economic and community development experience includes Director of Economic Development and Commissioner of Community Development; he also served as Regional Director for the Community Preservation Corporation. Active in Syracuse organizations, he serves on the boards of Time of Jubilee, Christopher Communities Project, Housing Visions, and the Plymouth Congregational Church and advises Inclusive Economy CNY in his role as board member emeritus.
